Terms & conditions // Things to note before ordering!

+ Order cut offs for the week ahead is 8pm on Sunday, we can't take on last minute orders to ensure we can fulfil both pre orders as well as having the flower truck stocked with bouquets for walk in sales. If you miss the cut off there's always bouquets up for grabs at the flower truck!

+ When ordering bouquets for collection these must be collected before mid day - please ensure you provide both phone & email contacts incase we need to get ahold of you regarding your collection time.

+ Photos of each product is only an indication of the colours and flowers used due to seasonal availability. Each bouquet is an original artwork - we do not aim to replicate what's pictured, instead creating something in a similar style & colour palette.

+ Deliveries are done by myself once the flower truck closes at 4pm - please expect your order to be delivered between 4pm & 5:30pm.+ Please make note of any gate codes, dogs, shared driveways etc when placing your order to ensure your delivery goes as smooth as possible.
